Responsibilities: Manage appraisers and other activities of the appraisal company, review appraisals performed by fee appraisers, and perform real estate appraisals throughout New England for loan financing, underwriting, mortgage insurance removal, delinquency, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and court testimony.  Appraisal experience includes all types of residential properties, single family homes, condominiums, undeveloped land, and small income multi-family properties.

Thorough knowledge of the three accepted approaches to value: Direct Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Income Capitalization Approach.  Expert testimony provided for Bankruptcy Appeals Court in Suffolk and Worcester counties of Massachusetts.
